In 2016 I had read a book that helped me identify what love truly meant to me and it became a guide to eliminate situations and relationships where those terms were not met. Eight years later, after working with Jess, she got me to understand that those ideas and terms most importantly defined how I love myself. Masculine energy represents duality. When it dominates our life process, we lose balance and connection to life - We achieve instead of connect. Every individual possesses both masculine (yang) and feminine (yin) energy each serving distinct purposes. If you resonate with feminine energy, it indicates the energy through which you're meant to create. Beliefs and behaviors stemming from trauma and conditioned structures often lead us to neglect this vital energy within us.

I am a lover of life, creation and nature.

I am in service to the human consciousness expansion - the time of enlightenment & returning to Love - may we be at peace within our personal lives, the Earth, and collectively.
For twenty years I have been a seeker, learning and expressing evolution and embracing the many versions of my souls expressions through the cycles of my life. Entering into my Crone cycle has been no less than opening and extraordinary. I am here to share the great wisdom that has been learned.
My curiosity leading me to study bio-tuning, energy healing, shamanic practices, facilitating women’s circles, sound therapy, Usui Reiki energy, behavior and pattern healing, intuitive and akashic readings, ancestral - timeline - womb healing, chakra energy behaviors and my latest understandings of applied kinesiology to further help the movement of stagnant energy through the body.
All of this for my evolving, for others to expand, for all to learn.

We meet to discuss each chakra, and then Jess gives me some worksheets to focus my thoughts for the month, and then we meet a couple more times to talk/process and go through an energy clearing session. I love how fluid the sessions are: some sessions I spend talking, others I spend entirely in energy clearing and Reiki, and some a perfect mix of both - the sessions are customized to exactly what I need in that moment.

Weekly 75-120 min reconnection and energy clearing calls. These are powerful calls that lead to resetting the body systems, gained understanding, and guidance. You will feel shifting and lightening.
Guided meditations and weekly work for reflection and direction.
You will learn how your chakra system and emotional behaviors influence you. We will walk and clear each chakra center to bring harmony to your system.
Creating ritual and sacred connection for your journey within to your deep feminine that is waiting to connect with you.
These sessions are offer a in-depth journey within. You will uncover behavior patterns, limiting beliefs and what inherited influences that have kept you from connecting with your inner feminine creative wisdom.

75-90 minute sessions
We focus on what stagnancy is present in your energetic body field. We will begin the session with you sharing where you feel stuck and what you would like to bring into your awareness for change.
These sessions offer great “lightening” and clearing to your energy body. Once in your field I will observe what needs to be cleared, what I am allowed to clear, or what I need to share with you from my energy guides along with what your energy guides share with me. I will clean out your chakra energy centers of stagnancy and re-flow them for proper energy flow. At the end of our session we will talk about what needs to be in your awareness, energetic behavior patterns that were present and what suggested next steps for you.
My healing tools I use in sessions are and not limited to:
- Bio-tuning the body with tuning forks and sound bowls. Tibetan metal and crystal.
- Mapping the energy flow and meridian flows within the body.
- Reading the body energy map around you (Akashic energy field that you carry)
- Reiki energy flow with use of the energetic element of water for flow and clearing
You will need a distraction-free area to lay down with earbuds.
Remote anywhere. Jess travels between California & Oregon. In-person sessions available in the following areas: Lone Pine, CA and surrounding areas + Reno, NV + Salem, OR and surrounding areas.
Energy is not contained to space or rooms. It really does not matter if you are with me in person or remote. The only difference is physical touch.
